This module allows managing business concerns associated to an analysis. A concern defines what the client, or the corporate sponsor, seeks to obtain for the business from the IT changes requested. In other words, it expresses what the business needs in order to mitigate a risk or to take advantage of opportunities.
We recommend stating a short description in infinitive and a longer one expressing what the business is looking to accomplish with the IT Project or change requested. Concerns will be the justification or business basis for the validation of user requirements .
In Leverforce, a concern can be generated manually from the Activity module by choosing the action Add concern.
The option add general requirement, available from the analysis module, also generates a concern automatically, as a draft or placeholder.
The Concern module allows recording validations, comments and questions pending from stakeholders. It also allows registering an estimated ROI associated to the concern.
The following options are available from the “more” dropdown: Add user requirement, Duplicate, Delete. From the related modules tab the user can view all questions and user requirements related to the concern.

How do we add a user requirement to the same parent concern? | From the user requirement record select the "Duplicate" option in the "more" dropdown. A clone of the user requirement is generated in "edit mode". The clone will have the same stakeholders, validation dates, etc. User is able to make changes in this edit view before saving the record as a new user requirement. |
