The module leads is used to register requests for changes or development of new IT services. Requests can be introduced:
- Automatically from the Helpdesk module.
- Automátically vía integrations from JIRA (Each JIRA issue originates a new Lead in Leverforce).
The modules allows studying and qualifying a client request before it can be converted into an opportunity for improvement of IT services using the option “Convert Lead”
The following actions are available using the dropdown menu “More” : Add Document, add SMS, Add Event, and Add task.
Using the tabs for related modules, a lead can be associated to existing and/or new tasks (Events and To-Dos in calendar), Documents, Products, and Services.
