The Project module makes it possible to plan requirements management for an initiative. The user can add project tasks and milestones and manage them via a Gantt Chart interface.
The following actions are available using the dropdown menu “More” : Add Project Task, add Project Milestone, Add Document, Initiate Business Analysis
Using the tabs for related modules, a project can be associated to events and to-dos in calendar, project milestones, helpdesk issues, business analyses and opportunities.
|What if my organization does not want to use the demand management modules (Leads and Opportunities) ...How can I start requirements management straight from the Projects module?||It is not necessary to use the Leads and Opportunities modules, the BA can start requirements management by creating a project and then adding an analysis by using the option "Initiate Business Analysis" from the project "more" menu.|
