Module: Projects

The Project module makes it possible to plan requirements management for an initiative. The user can add project tasks and milestones and manage them via a Gantt Chart interface.

The following actions are available using the dropdown menu “More” : Add Project Task, add Project Milestone, Add Document, Initiate Business Analysis

Project Module

Using the tabs for related modules, a project can be associated to events and to-dos in calendar, project milestones, helpdesk issues, business analyses and opportunities.

Question Answer
What if my organization does not want to use the demand management modules (Leads and Opportunities) ...How can I start requirements management straight from the Projects module? It is not necessary to use the Leads and Opportunities modules, the BA can start requirements management by creating a project and then adding an analysis by using the option "Initiate Business Analysis" from the project "more" menu.
